The Future of Knowledge: LBIC Joins the Knowledge Quarter Panel on UK Life Sciences
Within a one-mile radius of King’s Cross, more than 60,000 people across 176+ organisations work in research, healthcare and drug discovery. That makes the Knowledge Quarter one of the most concentrated life sciences clusters in the world.
Here, global pharmaceutical companies, research institutes, medical charities and new biotech start ups operate side by side. Between 2020 and 2024, the area’s fastest-growing companies raised £6.42 billion, and new discoveries are being made every day.
LBIC’s Chief Commercial Officer, Amanda Keightley-Pugh, will join leaders from Genomics, LifeArc and Recursion on the panel at The Future of Knowledge. Together, they will share their insights on the priorities and challenges facing the life sciences industry, both in the Knowledge Quarter and across the UK.
